Autobiography Of A Yogi

…is the next book on our reading list for the 200-Hr Teaching Training certification course.  It’s by Paramahansa Yogananda.

Kim’s intro, via email:
“We will read Autobiography of a Yogi this month. I know some of you will love it and some of you will hate it. It will push some of your buttons and make others of you fly. Isn’t that funny how that happens? Remember I said this is an era where we crucify our heroes. Try to read this book with the eyes and mind of a child. It is an opportunity to marvel and suspend belief. It is an opportunity to dive into the possibility of miracles.Enjoy it as much as you can.”
I like the sound of this…

Speaking of marvel, Kody and I realized at work today that our job description should be “Going On Treasure Hunts. [For Coffee Supplies.]” *  Not a bad upgrade, considering that I used to Play Dress-up And Make-Believe for a living (good riddance, Children’s Theater Association!)

*Last week we ran out of espresso (Tuesday), milk (Wednesday), and coffee filters (Thursday). Today we had to be very creative about trash bags and airpot labels. And 8-oz coffee cups. What will tomorrow bring? Cafe Q–where Q stands for Qhaos.
